500MHZ Bruker Avance II system, equipped with auto-sampler for high throughput. This system can acquire 1D NMR data of 1H, 13C and 31P as well as various 2D 1H-1H and 1H-13C correlation experiment data such as COSY, NOESY, HSQC, HMBC. It can acquire data from -30^oC to 150^oC.
